Derivative Works Guidelines
Introduction
TwinsProject. (hereinafter to be referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our” as the case may be) has established these guidelines (hereinafter to be referred to as “overall guidelines”) for the creation and use of derivative works so that fans may have the peace of mind to be able to enjoy our content in as many different forms as possible.
When creating derivative works that comply with these overall guidelines, there is no need to contact us for permission.
Definition of Derivative Works
We consider derivative works to be creations born of fans’ ideas and creativity, based on content created by us for example: Videos, Original Characters or Images.
We will not exercise our rights in regards to works that we deem to be derivative works, as long as they comply with these overall guidelines.
Please note that we may use any derivative works you create as; stream thumbnails, on social media, icons on our sites (with proper credits), etc.
- We do not consider the use of our content as is, or with modifications lacking creative input, to be classified as derivative works. Such use does not fall within the scope of these guidelines.
Our Requests
You comply with the following guidelines regarding derivative works had you read them or not.
Please be mindful of our IP and refrain from creating derivative works that we may find unpleasant or degraded.
Please limit your creation of derivative works to a fan or hobby level. Do not use our content or characters for business purposes (including, but not limited to, cases where a business bears the production costs, etc., even if it is under the name of an individual), or for purposes that can be deemed as for-profit.
1 – Please comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 – Please refrain from creating derivative works that fall under the following categories:
Content that is falsely represented as official, or can be misinterpreted or mistaken as official
Content that includes matters pertaining to any particular ideology, belief, religion, politics, social groups or agendas
Content that damages our image and content
Content that damages a third party’s image, or violates their rights
Other content that we deem unsuitable
Additional Notes
We do not relinquish our copyright or related rights through these overall guidelines. We maintain these rights.
We make no guarantees in regards to the use of our content or related derivative works, including any actions that may violate a third party’s rights.
We shall not be responsible if the use, performance, or submission of our content, or a related derivative work, results in a dispute with a third party.
These overall guidelines are subject to change without notice. Please ensure that you follow the latest version of these guidelines at all times.
Guidelines for Fanarts & Animations
Introduction
TwinsProject. (hereinafter to be referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our” as the case may be) has established these guidelines (hereinafter to be referred to as “Fanarts or Animations guidelines”) in regards to the creation of Images or Animations featuring our Original Characters.
For content making use of our IP, please refer to both the Fanarts & Animations guidelines and overall guidelines.
Should the Fanart or Animation contain any third-party IPs, copyrights, or such, please ensure that you follow the rights holder’s guidelines and/or terms of use.
Our Requests
1 – Please comply with the following requests regarding the creation and uploading of any image or video, as well as the “Requests” listed in the overall guidelines.
1.2 – Please refrain from creating that fall under the following categories in general:
Content that change the Ethnicity of our characters or “Age Up” (a more “mature” version) of our characters
Content that Shipping (Pairing up) our Original Characters with any other Male Characters in any type relationship
Sharing any 3D model with intent to share it for public use, commercial use and personal use
1.3 – Please refrain from creating or sharing contents that fall under the following categories for NSFW/R-18 content:
Content that fits under the tags; Rape, Guro/Gore/Vore, Bestiality (Any Type), Tentacles (Any Type), Prostitution, NTR (All Types), Drugs, Scat, Hypnosis, Humiliation, Necrophilia.
Content that fits under the tags; Gangbang, Multiple Boys/Futas, Ugly Man, Dark Skinned Male/Blacked, Animals, Multiple Penises
Content that feature Dildos of any of the tags above
Content that features any males that are not our Male Character (Kanae Luan)
1.4 – Please refrain from creating or sharing contents that fall under the following categories for SFW/All Ages content:
Content that glorify Obesity, Suicidal Acts and any Unhealthy act
Content that use our Characters for Roleplay or Role-players in any circumstance
Monetization
We will not interfere with the use of commissions or creator platforms on support platforms sites such as Patreon, Fanbox, etc., any advertising revenue earned thereof, or any other monetization schemes offered by such sites, provided that the aforementioned guidelines, said sharing sites’ terms of use, and all third-party guidelines are adhered to, and no IPs or copyrights are infringed upon.
We forbid the registration of any created or submitted Images, Videos or Clips with Content ID, or any other automated identification system, as your own work.
