Booru Updates

I will be updating all the video files on my Booru to use AV1 from now on since for patent reason a good amount of browsers don’t support h265 (companies don’t want to pay a few cents to other company apparently), with this change my booru probably be PC only now since if your mobile don’t support AV1 decoding, it will not play any of the videos on the Booru.

The AV1 roll out will be a Passive update, which means that I will process all the files and apply them all in one go, the booru will have no down times so you can still enjoy the content there
